Your Reservation

• ₱500 per guest, fully consumable

• Your full reservation amount goes toward your dine-in bill

• Example: 4 guests = ₱2,000 consumable

• Please include everyone who needs their own chair, including children

• Babies who don't require a chair don't need to be included

• Any unused consumable amount cannot be refunded, credited, or carried over

Arriving for Your Reservation

We'll prepare your table based on your booked time and number of guests.

• Please arrive on time

• We provide a 15-minute grace period

• After 15 minutes, we may need to release your table to another guest

• We'll still do our best to accommodate you, but a new waiting time may apply depending on table availability

Bringing Your Pet?

Yes, pets are welcome at Cosmic!

• Pets must wear diapers while inside the restaurant

• Please keep your pet supervised throughout your visit

Need to Reschedule?

Plans change, we understand.

• You may reschedule up to 2 days before your reservation

• Your new date and time will be subject to availability

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancel at least 3 days before your reservation → 50% refund

• Cancellations made less than 3 days before → Non-refundable

• No-shows → Non-refundable

• Late arrivals whose tables have already been released → Non-refundable

• If bad weather prevents or significantly affects your visit → Full refund
