Cosmic.com.ph ("Company") is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals whose personal data is processed by the Company.   1. Definitions

a. The Company collects personal data from data subjects only when necessary for the specific purpose or purposes identified to the data subject.

a. The data subject has the right to file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission ("Commission") for any violation of this Policy.

b. The Commission has the power to impose administrative fines on the Company for violations of this Policy.

c. Any person who suffers damage as a result of any violation of this Policy by the Company has the right to seek damages in court.

a. The Company has appointed a Data Protection Officer who is responsible for ensuring compliance with this Policy.

b. The Company conducts regular training and awareness programs for employees and contractors who handle personal data.

c. The Company conducts periodic audits to assess compliance with this Policy.

a. The Company reserves the right to update this Policy from time to time.

b. Any changes to this Policy will be posted on the Company's website.

c. The data subject is advised to review this Policy periodically for any updates or changes.

Now serving your favorite comfort food in a weekly vegan meal plan. This program is currently limited as we test to roll out our weekly meal plan.

About the Vegan Meals

• Exclusive access to meal-plan only dishes.

• Calorie Count - since this is a new program, we are still improving our meal plan details such as including the caloric count per meal. Currently, this information is unavailable.

• Allergens - please view the image above to view the allergens information.

• Consumption - the meal plans are best consumed by the following day it is delivered.

• We cannot interchange meals for various days since we make them in one batch per day.

Delivery

Meal plan prices are exclusive of delivery fees, parking fees, and village entry fees.

• Order cut-offs are every Thursdays.

• Limited to 10 orders for August  15-19

• Pick ups - to save on delivery fees, you may opt to pick up the meal plan daily in Kapitolyo Branch Only(pickups are not available in Poblacion Branch)Delivery fees are calculated at checkout. The delivery fee is calculated for the whole week from Mondays - Fridays.

• Borzo - we will book daily delivery of food via Borzo. Riders leave anytime at 5pm onwards.

• Meal plans are delivered daily between 4-8pm for consumption the following day. Your meal plan for Monday will be delivered on Sunday between 4-8pm.

• No time commitment. Unfortunately, we cannot commit an exact time because of factors like traffic, weather, and destination.

• Delivery coverage is within all of Metro Manila plus nearby cities. If our checkout detects your delivery address, we schedule a delivery to it.

• Change of address - Upon checkout, you will be asked to input your delivery address. At this time we are not able to change the delivery address.

Packaging

• Currently we don't accept personal containers because of logistics difficulty. As we improve this program, we can make this available in the future.

• The packaging is microwaveable and comes with cutlery.

Customization

• Since this is a new program, we are currently unable to accommodate customization requests since we prepare the food one batch.
